Do you manufacture the lashes yourselves?
Cluster Lash Lab coordinates sourcing, samples and private-label production with a manufacturing partner. We do not present ourselves as the owner of that factory. The written quotation and approved specification identify the agreed products and scope.
Can I start with samples before a production order?
Yes. Request paid samples for selected styles and kit components. The quotation separates product samples, physical customization or development, and freight. Any credit toward a later order must be agreed in writing.
Is there one minimum order for every kit?
No. Total, per-style, packaging and special-material minimums can differ. Your selected configuration and written quote determine the applicable thresholds.
